About me

I am Rik Sprengers, born 46 years ago in the Southern part of the Netherlands. During studies Tourism in Maastricht and Tour Management at the Breda University of Applied Sciences I was able to work abroad several times, where I needed to speak in front of groups of guests. From small groups to big audiences that were as large as 2000 people, always trying to bring your messages across as best as I can. After a couple of years I developed a real  passion for travel and presenting information. 

After spending several years on the road as a Tour Manager in the United States and Europe,  I now work a cruise director for Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection, which I have been doing for 17 years. One of my tasks onboard is to inform guests, this can be done in daily briefings and lectures, on several occasions it is also my task to convey bad news, as the rivers can be affected by high or low water. It all adds up to about 200 presentations and lectures a year.

Now living in Amsterdam I also guide guests from all overal the world through the city of Amsterdam, it gives me often only 90 minutes to make an impression and share the passion of the city of Amsterdam and The Netherlands. 

I would to share with you the knowledge and passion for presenting have gained throughout the years. Let's find you strenghts and make them even strong, and work on your weakness and limit them. 

So far I trained people in delivering bad news in front of a large group and several individuals with their presentations.
